Image Web Server

Image Web Server (IWS) is a high-speed, specialized server application that efficiently distributes large volumes of geospatial image data. With the Image Web Server you have the ability to deploy large amounts of image data over your intranet or the Internet.

IWS is a file-based server that directly accesses industry standard ECW and JPEG 2000 image formats. Images can be accessed from your desktop, web, mobile and server applications. It works in tandem with your GIS, taking the intensive load of imagery deployment, freeing your GIS to supply attribute data.
