Quality Assurance

Observera has developed and implemented a Quality Assurance Program (QAP). The QAP is defined in a QAP Plan Document, which describes the organizational structure, functional responsibilities, levels of authority, and interfaces for those managing, performing, and assessing adequacy of work.

Observera, Inc. is in the process of becoming ISO 9001:2000 certified.
